In general, most products are shipped out within1-2 business days.
Unfortunately I do not accept returns or exchanges unless you received a defective or damaged item. So please be sure to double-check the size chart in each listing so you will have the perfect fit.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email me at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the order shipment date to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Exchanges will not be accepted without prior approval (through emailing us), or after 30 days of the order shipment date. Please note that shipping costs for returned packages are the responsibility of the customer; these shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Please note that Trust Apparel Hawai'i is not responsible for any packages lost by the USPS. Please contact your local post office to help you locate your item.
